Girard Perregaux Vintage 1945 Tourbillon launched

Girard-Perregaux has brought out several versions of its Vintage 1945 Tourbillon watch. After the pink gold variant, it is now out with a limited edition version featuring three gold bridges tourbillon.

The watch looks gorgeous, and comes nestled inside a pink gold Art Deco-inspired case. The three bridge tourbillon is placed on matte anthracite main plate created using “precious materials similar to platinum”. Running on a self-winding caliber GP9600 movement, the 36.10 mm x 35.25 mm watch come with 30 meters of water resistance, and a 48-hour power reserve.

This design and mechanism dates back to 1860 and has the unmistakable classic aesthetics. It took seven days of hard work per watch to capture the finish on the bridges.
