William Bradley ‘Brad’ Pitt was born on the 18th of December 1963 and having been nominated for two Academy Awards and four Golden Globe awards, winning one, Pitt is one of the greatest actors and producers in the history of the international film industry.

Following a high-profile relationship with actress Gwyneth Paltrow, Brad Pitt was married to actress Jennifer Aniston for five years. Pitt lives with actress Angelina Jolie and their six children, namely Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Knox, and Vivienne.

Brad Pitt’s career:

Brad Pitt began his acting career with television guest appearances, on the prime-time soap opera Dallas in 1987. He later gained fame as the cowboy in the 1991 road movie Thelma & Louise. Pitt’s first leading roles in big-budget productions came with A River Runs through It (1992) and Interview with the Vampire (1994). He was cast in the drama Legends of the Fall, which earned him his first Golden Globe nomination. Brad Pitt’s later acclaim came along with the movie Fight Club which was about a cult and later his massive success in the Oceans series followed by a role with his wife in Mr. and Mrs. Smith earned him most respect and greatest acclaim.

Humanitarian causes: Brad Pitt supports an organization called ONE which from which the benefits go to AIDS patients in the developing world. Other than this and expressing interest in various other charities, he expresses his interest in design by taking the initiative to design environment friendly structures.

While his personal life may be appalling to some, there is little doubt in the fact that Brad Pitt is one of today’s most widely acclaimed celebrities.
