The blonde WAG flaunted her washboard abs and slender frame in a bright orange bikini, strolling along the beach as she sipped on a tropical cocktail. She wore her hair pulled back in a bun as she frolicked around in the surf, hoping to top up her tan.
Not usually one to go au naturel, Alex, 32, had toned down the make-up and went for a barely-there beauty look. The star was enjoying a relaxing holiday while her footballer husband Steven Gerrard faced a big match back in the UK.

The Liverpool captain’s team lost 3-0 to Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday. Alex previously opened up about juggling a healthy lifestyle while taking care of their three children. ‘Yes, it’s hard when you’re trying to be healthy and the kids want chips or pizza,’ she said in an interview with Reveal magazine.

‘You’re cooking it and you put it out and end up eating it as well. If they have leftovers, you eat those before you put them in the bin! ‘It is hard, but you’ve got to try and remember how bad you feel after you’ve eaten it, although a little bit doesn’t harm you!’
