In a recent episode of “Vanderpump Rules,” Lala Kent expressed deep concern over Ariana Madix’s intensifying bitterness toward her former partner, Tom Sandoval, suggesting such feelings could have detrimental effects on her well-being.

The reality TV star and “Dancing with the Stars” alum shared her apprehensions about potentially being excluded by her circle of friends, who seem to be gradually reconciling with Sandoval, the co-owner of Schwartz and Sandy’s. The fallout from Sandoval’s affair with Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, which came to light in March of the previous year, led to a notable rift within the group.

Key figures such as Scheana Shay, Katie Maloney, and James Kennedy distanced themselves from Sandoval following the revelation. Yet, recent developments indicate a shift, with Sandoval making overtures toward reconciliation. He reached out to Scheana in an episode aired the week prior and was seen socializing with James during a night out, hinting at a potential thaw in relations, told People.

“My position has not changed that he doesn’t get any sort of access to my life via me or via mutual friends,” Ariana told Lala. “I’m not down with him being around. You know, I can quietly remove myself from situations that make me uncomfortable.”

“Nobody knows what it’s like to deal with a s***** ex more than I do,” she said. “I’m never rid of this person that I had a child with and this is why I know that harboring resentment towards your ex like Ariana is doing with Sandoval, will eat you alive,” the mom of one explained.

“It’s like drinking the poison and expecting it to kill the other person. It doesn’t. It kills you,” she added. “I don’t want that for my friend.

Lala, drawing from her tumultuous experience with her ex, Randall Emmett, discussed with Katie the potential harm of harboring resentment. She emphasized the importance of processing and moving beyond negative emotions to prevent them from causing further emotional turmoil.

The conversation reflects a broader theme of healing and the challenges of navigating personal relationships within their close-knit group, showcasing the complexities of interpersonal dynamics in the aftermath of betrayal and heartbreak.
