Aston Martin Car Designed by Facebook Fans

Aston Martin sure has a massive fan following, and in a bid to repay that loyalty, the company decided to celebrate its one million fans on Facebook, by letting these people on the social network design their next offering. Last week, the brand launched the Facebook-fans designed vehicle at their Gaydon Headquarters. Named as the DB9 1M, every aspect of the car has been decided by the fans, including model, its look, the interior trim and the blue exterior ‘Aero’ wrap. Not a bad way to say thank you at all!

The Aston Martin DB9 1M sports a 20-spoke 20-inch diamond-turned alloy wheels, with the Obsidian Black/Spicy Red leather upholstered interiors with piano black trim. It features a 350kW/600Nm 6.0-litre V12 engine under the hood and can hit 0-100km/h in 4.8 seconds with a top speed of 300km/h.
